The Global Compact for Migration is more than just its objectives

This blog post summarises points from a workshop entitled “How can the Global Compact for Migration be owned and used?” Hosted by the Refugee Law Initiative, the workshop brought together academic researchers and non-governmental actors to unpack ownership and implementation of the GCM. The Colombian Constitutional Court and the Protection of the Right to Health for Venezuelan Migrants
